Hi, I'm Katrina
I help people navigate complexity - in self, systems, and relationships - with clarity, integrity, and deep resonance.
I write, build, lead, and experiment at the intersection of healing, high-achieving, and systems that weren't built for authenticity. My work lives in the spaces between - where individual consciousness meets collective transformation.Where ancient wisdom becomes practical for modern workplaces.Where personal growth serves something larger.
I work with people who are tired of performance and ready for resonance. Who refuse to choose between depth and success. Who are building lives that don't fit into templates. People like me.
Whether that's translating invisible signals into language, creating conscious sytems, or building spaces where people can become - it all comes from the same place:
curiosity about what's possible when we stop shrinking ourselves to fit.
What I'm Working On
Signal recognition
Something I've been figuring out that might be useful
I had this realization recently
I was talking to my partner, trying to explain why I felt so confused - why I could feel clear one moment and completely lost the next. I described it like a confidence scale. Maybe I usually sit at an 8 out of 10, but sometimes someone says something that shakes me.But the more I sat with it, the more I realized: maybe I'm not sliding at all. What if I don't have one measure of confidence? What if I have two?
One that tracks how well I perform confidence - how steady I am in doing what's expected of me.And one that tracks how deeply I actually trust myself.
That discovery led me down this rabbit hole of what I'm calling signal recognition. It's been helpful for workplace situations, relationship dynamics, and major life decisions. The kind of think I wish someone had shared with me earlier.
I put together some notes on this
If you're curious about signal recognition, I wrote up everything I've been learning. It's the kind of thing that might make you go "oh, that explains so much" or might not resonate at all - totally fine either way but I'd love to hear your thoughts.
What's in there:
The two compass thing that started it all
How to tell the difference between family conditioning and your actual preferences
A framework I use for those split-second decision moments
Stories from my own figuring-it-out process
Why feeling conflicted might actually be sophisticated
Other Things
Where Else I Spend Time
Different experiments, same curiosity
The Studio
My love letter - my writing - to other high-achieving women: immigrants, eldest daughters, those successful and lost
Where I explore becoming, both/and healing, what it means to untangle performance from truth. For eldest daughters, high achievers, anyone building a life that feels more and more like theirs.

Working together
I'm drawn to projects that bridge individual consciousness work with collective transformation.Sometimes that's bringing micro-moments methodology to leadership teams.Sometimes it's writing collaborations or creative ventures that don't fit into categories. If you're working on something interesting and sense there might be overlap, I'm always curious to hear about it.

Ways to connect
I'm most active on LinkedIn, where I share thoughts about signal recognition and conscious leadership as I'm figuring them out.The Studio on Substack is where I go deeper - the messy, beautiful process of becoming and building a life that feels like yours.Sometimes I send updates about new thinking or programs I'm building. Always feels optional.
Occasional updates
If you want to hear when I'm working on something new or thinking about something interesting.
